Kick Off with a Hearty Breakfast at the Story Woman’s Club

Start your morning right by joining the Story Woman’s Club at 7:00 AM for their key annual fundraiser breakfast at 28 N. Piney Rd. They’ll be serving up mouthwatering Biscuits N’ Gravy, a full order for just $8 or a half order for $5. Craving something sweet? Grab a Victoria’s Cinnamon Bun for $5, and wash it all down with coffee or orange juice for $2 each. The breakfast will feature the Waldorf A'Story "Famoose" sausage gravy. Your support helps fund the Woman’s Club’s community initiatives and building maintenance, so come hungry and show some love!

Lunch with Local Heroes at the Story Volunteer Fire Department

When midday hunger strikes, head just west of the Woman’s Club to the Story Volunteer Fire Department for their annual fundraising lunch. Starting at 11:00 AM and running until the food runs out, our local heroes will be grilling up Bison Burgers and Hot Dogs. This is your chance to enjoy a tasty meal while supporting the brave volunteers who keep our community safe. Don’t miss out. Arrive early to snag your lunch!

Treasure Hunting with the Story Yard Sale Map

The heart of the day is, of course, the Story Yard Sale! With countless residents opening their yards to offer unique finds, you’ll want to plan your route. Pick up a FREE printed map at either the Story Woman’s Club Breakfast or the Story Store to see which homes are participating on the map. Grab your map, hit the road, and enjoy the thrill of the hunt as you explore Story’s hidden gems. Keep an eye out for additional yard sales not listed on the map, as other Story residents may also be offering great deals!
