2023 Unsung Hero Award

The Sheridan County Homemakers honored the Story Lions Club the Unsung Hero Award in 2023. The acting President of the Lions Club during that time was Don Eady.

Mission Statement

The Lions Clubs International' mission is to empower volunteers to serve their communities, meet humanitarian needs, encourage peace, and promote international understanding through Lions clubs. 

The Story Lions Club was established in 1957.

Gifts for Scholars

The Story Lions Club Gifts Toward Higher Education support Story and Banner students pursuing college or trade school. Awards are based on academics, extracurricular involvement, and community participation, with $500 gifts available each fall
